DataFlow, Prometric, credential recognition, work visa: we orchestrate every procedure.

2–4 monthsRelocation
Flight, housing, bank account, first days at the hospital: we stay by your side.

Day oneThe questions everyone asks
Yes — professional English is required by most facilities, as it's the working language of Gulf hospitals. Arabic is a welcome plus but never a requirement. We can point you to preparation courses.
Yes. French and European diplomas are recognized after an authenticity check (DataFlow) and, depending on the country, a licensing exam (Prometric). We build and track the file with you.
On average, 3 to 6 months between sending your CV and your first day on site, depending on the country and verification speed.
In most cases, yes: contracts allow sponsoring your spouse and children, and major Gulf cities have international schools, including French-speaking ones.
Nothing for you: our fees are paid by the hiring healthcare facilities. You pay no application fee and no commission.
Most facilities require at least 2 years of post-graduate experience. Some specialised roles (ICU, OR, cath lab…) require more — let's talk, there are opportunities at every level.
