Protecting your personal data is at the heart of what we do: you entrust us with your CV and your career project, and we handle them rigorously, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect
Through our forms, we only collect the data you send us: identity (first and last name), contact details (email, phone), desired profession and destination, free-text message and, where applicable, your CV (PDF file). No data is collected without your knowledge; the site uses no advertising cookies or third-party trackers — only a technical cookie remembers your preferred language.
3. Purposes and legal basis
Your data is processed to: review your application and contact you back (pre-contractual measures, Art. 6.1.b GDPR); connect you with healthcare facilities matching your project, with your agreement (consent, Art. 6.1.a); answer facilities' enquiries (legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f).
4. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Your data is accessible to the Optima Prime team and, only with your prior agreement, to the relevant hiring healthcare facilities. As these facilities may be located outside the European Union (Gulf countries), such transfer only occurs with your explicit consent (Art. 49.1.a GDPR) and solely for your application. Our technical providers (hosting, email delivery) are bound by GDPR-compliant contractual safeguards.
5. Retention period
Applications (including CVs) are kept for a maximum of 2 years after our last exchange, then deleted. You may request earlier deletion at any time.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise them: contact@optimaprimeconsultancies.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
7. Security
Exchanges with the website are encrypted (HTTPS). Submitted CVs are routed directly to our professional mailbox and are not stored on the website server.
